AUSTRALIA-WIDE MAIL-IN

Post your controller. Track the work.

Mail-in is available for builder and non-builder services. Arrange the repair, diagnosis, soldering or modification and receive a Job ID before sending the controller or any customer-supplied part.

01

Request the service

Use the quote form for repairs, diagnosis, soldering, unlisted modifications or installation of your own part. A builder is optional.

02

Confirm price, payment & Job ID

DriftFix confirms known prices, any hourly or quote-only work, parts arrangements and your Job ID. For any job or build needing parts ordered in, choose the parts deposit or pay the full agreed total upfront before we order. The deposit counts toward your total. Pay the remaining balance before local collection or return postage. Builds using entirely in-stock parts must be paid in full before any work begins.

03

Wait for order-in parts

No required part is ordered until it is paid for. Order-in parts go to DriftFix first. Post or drop off the controller at your earliest convenience after DriftFix confirms the required parts are ready.

04

Pack & post safely

Use protective packaging and a tracked service. Do not send loose batteries or unnecessary accessories unless requested. Include the Job ID.

05

Work, testing & tracking

The controller is inspected, repaired or modified and tested. Use the Track Repair page for customer-facing updates.

06

Return or collection

After work and payment are complete, DriftFix returns the controller by the agreed method or gives a local pickup notice. Please collect promptly after that notice. Inbound and return postage are separate unless the quote expressly includes them.

Sending your own part?

Include the exact agreed item and variant with the controller. DriftFix does not guarantee a customer-supplied part's fitment, compatibility, quality, condition or the part itself. The 60-day DriftFix workmanship guarantee applies only to the installation work performed, and an unsuitable part may be returned uninstalled.

Ready to organise a mail-in repair?

Submit the controller details first so the repair can be arranged before you post it.
