DRIFTFIX

Repair Warranty

60-day DriftFix workmanship guarantee

The DriftFix workmanship guarantee lasts 60 days from completion of the work and covers the repair or installation work actually performed by DriftFix. If a reported problem may be related to that workmanship, DriftFix will inspect and test the controller before deciding the appropriate remedy.

DriftFix-supplied parts

A part failure is not automatically a workmanship fault. When a DriftFix-supplied part appears genuinely defective and the issue was not caused by misuse, liquid, impact, later modification or unrelated controller damage, DriftFix will reasonably assist by checking the installation and dealing with the supplier where practical.

Customer-supplied parts

Customer-supplied parts are not covered by a DriftFix fitment, compatibility, quality, condition or part guarantee, even if DriftFix reviewed the product link before installation. The workmanship guarantee applies only to the installation work DriftFix performed. An unsuitable part may be declined or returned uninstalled.

What is not a workmanship issue?

The guarantee does not cover normal wear, accidental or physical damage, liquid exposure, misuse, damage to or failure of a supplied part, work performed or altered by another person, or an unrelated controller fault.

If there is a problem

Contact DriftFix as soon as possible with the Job ID if available, controller details, work completed, symptoms and any relevant photos. Do not keep using or open the controller if doing so could worsen the problem. Inspection may be required before a remedy is confirmed.
