How your deposit works

We confirm your total, the parts deposit and the remaining balance before you pay. You can pay the parts deposit or the full agreed total upfront. Your deposit is part of the total, not an extra fee. We order the required parts once the chosen payment has been received.

For local collection, pay the outstanding balance before handover. For mail-in jobs, pay it before we dispatch your controller back to you.

Adding work after payment

If you add extra work after paying a deposit or paying in full, we confirm its price with you. Any additional amount must be paid before your controller is handed back or posted to you.

PlayStation Portal stick replacements

Standard — $70 total

Replacement of the left and right stick modules, fitted. Pay the parts deposit or the full total before ordering and allow up to two weeks for parts to arrive. Once parts and your Portal are with us, we can complete the repair that day if a booking slot is available.

Local express — $90 total

Available only for PlayStation Portal stick replacements with local drop-off and pickup. We confirm next-day parts delivery and a booking slot before accepting an express booking. Pay the parts deposit or the full total before we order; pay any remaining balance and added work before collection.

Express is available for the listed Portal and Joy-Con stick-pair services only, with local drop-off and pickup; it is not available for mail-in jobs. Same-day completion after standard parts arrive is subject to availability.
